At Coldays, every order marks the start of a curated experience. From checkout to delivery, we ensure your package moves through a thoughtful, precise, and reliable process—true to the standard we hold.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase.
  • We do not process or dispatch orders on Sundays, public holidays, national holidays, or festival breaks.
  • During collection launches, sale periods, or festive seasons, order processing may take longer due to increased volume.
    We work diligently to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
  • Orders placed after 4 PM may be processed the next business day.

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Once shipped, delivery within India typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on your pincode and courier serviceability.
  • Remote or non-metro locations may require additional transit days.
  • While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:
    • Weather disruptions
    • Courier capacity issues
    • Operational delays during festivals/holidays
    • Local restrictions or strikes

3. Holiday & Festive Season Shipping Terms

  • During major Indian festivals (such as Diwali, Holi, Eid, Christmas, New Year) and national holidays, both processing and delivery timelines may experience delays.
  • Couriers may operate with limited staff and reduced pickup schedules during these periods.
  • Orders placed 48 hours before a major holiday may be processed after the holiday, depending on pickup availability.
  • Coldays cannot guarantee exact delivery dates during peak festive seasons, but we make every effort to ship your order at the earliest possible time.

4. Payment & Cash on Delivery

  • Orders can be placed using COD or our secure online payment options.
  • This ensures a smooth, efficient, and delay-free delivery process.

5. Shipping Information Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping details (name, phone number, address, pincode) are accurate at checkout.
  • Coldays is not responsible for:
    • Delays due to incomplete or incorrect address details
    • Courier inability to contact the customer
    • Failed delivery due to customer unavailability

If an order is returned to us after a failed delivery attempt, it will not be eligible for a refund or reshipment.
