Cancellation, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Coldays, every product is crafted in small, intentional batches and undergoes detailed quality checks before leaving our studio. To ensure fairness, transparency, and protection of our design process, we follow a clear policy on cancellations, refunds, returns, and exchanges.

1. Cancellation Policy

We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. As our process moves swiftly from order to production and dispatch, we are unable to accommodate post-purchase changes or cancellations.

We kindly request you to place an order only when you are fully sure of your selection. For questions regarding sizing, fit, or fabric, please refer to the product detail page on our website.

2. Returns (Accepted Only for Damaged Products)

We do not accept returns for size, style preferences, or change of mind.

Returns are accepted only in the rare event that a product is damaged during transit.

For damaged-product return requests:

  • You must raise a return request within 3 days of delivery by emailing info@coldays.com with: order number, images of the damaged item and packaging, and a short description of the issue.
  • Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup through our logistics partner.
  • Upon receiving the returned item, our team will conduct a Quality Check (QC).
  • If QC is passed, store credit equal to the full product value will be issued.
  • If the item fails QC or shows signs of use/damage after delivery, the return will be rejected.

Store credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be used for any future purchase on coldays.com.

Refunds are not provided under any return condition.

3. Exchange Policy

We offer free exchanges for sizing or style preferences, provided the product meets all mandatory conditions. Exchanges are only accepted when the product is returned in the same condition you received it.

To be eligible for an exchange, ensure that:

  • The product has not been worn, washed, cleaned, or tampered with.
  • All brand tags, packaging, and accessories are intact and unaltered.
  • The product shows no signs of use such as perfume, stains, makeup, sweat, or damage.
  • The product has not been altered unless proven to be a manufacturing defect.
  • The return is initiated for the same order and matches internal records.
  • Products purchased as a set must be exchanged as a complete set.
  • The item is returned in clean, unused, undamaged, and fully saleable condition.
  • Our QC team is satisfied that the product has not been mishandled or worn post-delivery.

If the product meets all conditions:

  • You must raise an exchange request within 3 days of delivery by emailing info@coldays.com.
  • If your requested size is available, we will arrange a free pickup and dispatch.
  • If the size is unavailable, you may exchange for another style of equal or higher value (store credit will not be issued in this case).
  • Coldays covers all shipping costs for approved exchanges.

We reserve the right to reject exchange requests that do not comply with these conditions.

4. Refund Policy

We do not issue refunds under any circumstances.

This includes cases where orders are undelivered due to customer unavailability. If the order is returned to us after a failed delivery attempt, it will not be eligible for a refund or reshipment.
